SALMI & COMPANY designs and builds its own software products and one commerce brand. Human direction decides what gets made. Claude Code works inside the development loop. The products are real enough to film, and this site shows them as they are.
An independent studio. Claude is Anthropic's model; we use it in development and imply no endorsement or affiliation.
An owner responsible for strategy, a product and design lead, and an engineering and production lead.
Two apps in development, HairTwin and Frame, and Afghani Oil, a live Shopify storefront. No other products.
Claude Code works in the product source on the owner's instructions, each action recorded. None of the products runs on Claude.

An AI-assisted hair app. Six guided photos, a reading in plain words, a plan sized to your day, and Pip between scans.
Frame
Video-first creative discovery. Pick a market and a niche, scroll the real ads running there, put your product into one.
Afghani Oil
From the original bottle to a working storefront. A botanical hair-care brand with its own visual world.
HairTwin is for a person watching their own hair change. Frame is for a person who sells something and wants to see the ads running around it.
Each product has its own codebase, its own design authority and its own status; none is a feature of another. The studio is the primary brand. Afghani Oil is the one brand we run as a store, and it is the only one of the three that is live.

HairTwin guides six angles of your own head, reads them into findings in plain words, sizes a plan to your answers and your daily time, and keeps you going between scans with Pip. The readings in this build are development fixtures. It is not a diagnosis.

People who sell something end up scrolling other people's ads without knowing where an ad runs, for how long, or whether it is still running.
Activity evidence on every creative. Save it, collect it, search it. No scores, no rankings, no “winning” labels.
Discovery, a paged feed, controls, search, Saved and collections exist in diagnostic Android builds. The audit against the approved screens is still to run.
Side by side, a wipe, a match cut at 3.3 s, or the product up close. Product replacement is not a native Frame feature today: in the app, “Use mine” opens a labelled preview and makes no backend call; the approved design plans the swap server-side.

Five labels run through this site and through the products' own documents. Nothing is presented as shipped on a claim, and no dates are promised.
Built on fixtures. Onboarding, safety and consent, the guided six-angle capture with review and retake, the reading, a first plan and treatment pages, and Journey with missions and points.
Acceptance of the 7 October pages. The paged Analysis, Plan and Twin design is a direction approval, not an acceptance. Twin generation stays inactive until approved. Evidence base, people tests and medical wording review come before shipping.
Scope, not routes. Long-term progress, Lab products and label reading, Futures and cosmetic, Pro transplant, Companion and weekly story: a product backlog with historical boards, not built screens.
Captured, not accepted. Market, niche and deep navigation, filters, a paged feed with play, pause, mute, seek and save, Product and Analyze sheets, search, Saved and local collections, in diagnostic Android builds 1.8.0.
The audit and the native gate. Every screen measured against the approved Lit Stream set; the twelve-point native gate run on an emulator, then on the owner's device. Neither has been run.
The server-side swap. “Frame finds the product in this creative after you pick yours.” Today the swap is a creative demonstration; in the app, Use mine opens a labelled preview and makes no backend call. Thin niches and 52 markets follow.
A Shopify storefront, live as recorded on 7–8 October 2026. A 50 ml botanical hair oil, a twelve-ampoule protocol and combinations. Offer selection, cart and checkout are the store's own; nothing was ordered to make this site.
September reference, kept hero. A Claude Design homepage was approved for the chapters below the hero; the owner's brief kept the existing hero as it was.
Two films. The July film and the October macro, both Higgsfield productions with locked product layers. Customer reviews and photographs are omitted from every capture on this site.
Direction, boards, prototypes,native builds, corrections.
The owner writes the instruction. Claude Code acts on it in the product source, and the action is recorded with its result and its hash. Designs are reviewed as boards before implementation. Native builds are captured and judged. What falls short is rejected and kept in the record.
Owner direction, 6 October 2026: “show me the final visual boards BEFORE implementation.” Frame's screens exist as reviewed boards and recorded studies before any native work.
Owner direction, 6 October: “DESIGN PHASE ONLY.” HairTwin's paged Analysis, Plan and Twin design was built as a browser prototype first, and is labelled that way until it is accepted.
Lit Stream was synthesised from five blind proposals judged by a three-role review panel recorded in the design ledger, then rebuilt through two must-fix iterations.
The Welcome study was built on real creator footage chosen from the owner's files, and the three product swaps were approved as jobs on 6 October 2026. Diagnostic native builds exist and were captured and judged on an emulator; none is accepted, and none stands in for the design.

Installed the new film atomically and updated the Hello timing. PRE_ROLL_MS = 150 and BUBBLE_AT_MS = 330 survive in the source; the installed film's hash matches the original.
“Continue from the approved ‘Lit Stream’ direction.”
Wrote the design tokens, welcomeTimeline.ts with LOOP_SEC = 12, and the discovery and feed modules. The workflow hit a usage limit before native acceptance; Codex continued integration and tests.

Three people,three responsibilities.
Human vision sets the direction. Claude-assisted engineering helps carry it into working software. We label what is approved, what is implemented, what is a prototype and what is a fixture, on this site as in the work.
Responsible for direction and priorities, for strategy and search positioning, for approving each stage, and for deciding what is released.
Responsible for the experience each product is meant to deliver, the visual direction, and the boards and prototypes reviewed before implementation.
Responsible for carrying approved designs into native builds, capturing and testing them, and producing the media that documents the work.
Designs are reviewed as boards before implementation. Direction is approved in stages, and silence is never approval. Claude's part is development assistance: design tooling, implementation and iteration, recorded action by action. The products do not run on Claude, and nothing here implies Anthropic's endorsement.
